Ancient Aliens

I'm addicted to this show. I love it. I think most of their theories are complete speculation and BS, but just stuff about the mysteries of the ancient world are astonishing, regardless of the spin they put on it.

Are there any other shows, movies, or documentaries about the wonders of the ancient world?

That's exactly what I'm getting out of it. The history is the best part. I really get a kick out of the guy with the funky hair and fake tan that cannot pronounce the word "astronaut".

Who is he? What is his background? He tries to sound so smart, yet his grammar is terrible. He makes the show though. Does he have have books out? If so I have to read them for shits and giggles.

Started watching this a few weeks ago. Interesting but holy shit- talk about reaching! The one I liked most so far has been the 'Underwater Worlds'. One of the lines in the ep stated something like: "In certain ways, we know more about space and the cosmos than we do our own oceans". If aliens did exist, the deep-sea would be a great place to hide out. That's fo sho..

Great show!! Just finished season 2. It is pretty amazing how they built things 6500 years ago- that we would have a very hard time building nowdays.

How they hell did they get 6- 50,000 ton blocks one hundred miles Over one moutain-then up a steep Andes mountain side-Then earthquake proof the structure and build a wall like a jigsaw puzzle soo tight a knife can't fit in the crack?????

The World Energy Grid-fascinates me as well. ALL major structure-pyramids ect are built in perfectly straight geographic lines????? The Grid forms 15 circles??

Alien Intrusion. (http://www.alienintrusion.com/main.html)

Read the book a bit ago. And also listened to the audio CD. While I would LOVE to believe that Earth is visited by otherworldly beings, the scientific proof just isn't there it seems.

Well worth the read. Very eye opening for me.

Anybody else read this book?

Aliens are all simply biblical demons, and not from outer space at all? That one?

I read a little bit of it, and thought it was really loony.

Yep. Whether any of the alien stuff they lay out for the audience is bullshit or not, it's awesome to learn about so many mysterious places on our planet. There really is a lot of mystery about our planet's history, and it really makes me wonder about things. Which is really fun. I'd actually love to visit a lot of the places they discuss on the show. I think I'm doing myself a disservice if I don't ever get to see some of these things. They're god damn remarkable. A lot better than the strip malls and gas stations I see on a daily basis where I live.

Part of me leans more toward thinking that human civilization was probably around much earlier than any of us think. It wouldn't shock me at all if one day we learned an early society was highly advanced and for one reason or another collapsed...
