Obviously, I would be okay with it. I think he is a similar player to Harvin (though more durable).

There are way better players who would be available at pick 23 than Brandin Cooks. Players who have a lot more potential than just being a slot receiver.

They don't have his hands or quite his ability to attack in the air, but I think they are both faster and quicker players. I would take Beckham over them becuase he is more well rounded with better hands and jump ball ability. But Huff has him beat in the speed department.
