JC: What concussion?

I thought at the time that it didn't look like he hit his head:

Good point. We're also shorter in assessments because we see so many patients, whereas they can spend the amount of time to do a full work-up. Also, it doesn't really change patient treatment options, so an extensive work-up isn't necessary.

But I'm impressed. That exam is quite thorough despite the limitations in diagnosing concussion.

That's weird. I remember him moving his head and extremities shortly after hitting the turf..

Yea...it wasn't quite a while. Cosmo is a little off there. But he definitely went out for a brief moment. He started moving shortly after though. Maybe someone has a vid or gif?

The Chiefs would have plated 65 pts. against the Colts and would be playing Sunday - had Charles remained in the game.

He does just lay there face down on the ball for awhile. It's not motionless, but it's close. His arms are moving, but not much.

It's hard to watch.

I honestly think Alex Smith is better than Peyton Manning RIGHT NOW. He is just a better quarterback, guys.

I don't care, I'm sick of people picking on the incorrect culprit in that loss.

This guy 'Alex Smith' - will shoot a 75 on the course, bowl a 300 game and waste your ass at yard-darts. He is easily more athletic than Peyton Manning.

I can guarantee you that Smith beats Manning in almost any other sport & had he had the talent around him, he'd have beaten the Broncos twice this last year.

Who is picking on Alex Smith or blaming him for the loss?

Can't be anyone worth reading.

Doesn't mean he is better than Peyton Manning, though.

"A while" is subjective I guess, but it sure seemed longer than normal. Long enough for me to wonder what was up, but a few seconds can seem like 'awhile' in that situation.
