Eric Winston was very angry at the cheering when Cassel got hurt. Held court w/ the media for a few min about that in the Chiefs locker room

What's interesting is how tightly Pioli controls what coaches and players are allowed to say.

But he's not going to control players who speak out and take a dig at the fans.

Not that I disagree with anything Winston said. But you have to think if you're Clark Hunt staring at a 1-4 team, the last thing you want is for players to be criticizing the fans who are still for some reason watching this miserable team.

Amazing that Pisoli keeps a lid on all information that comes out of Arrowhead and you rarely hear anything from the players. Now all of a sudden he lets them be vocal and they want to bash the fans? Pisoli at his finest

I don't know what I would have done if I'd gone to the game. I had the foresight to sell this one (before the season started). But, in the living room, I looked at the wife and asked..."are we supposed to cheer this?" when Cassel was down and we saw Quinn hurriedly throwing a couple warmup tosses.
