***Official Knowmo2724 homer-2000 thread***

Very few non-bronco fans can tolerate him. he creates inane threads that are homeristic in nature (his avatar is very apropos), and nobody loves him (not even his own mother)

'face, this can be the home for all knowmo threads so we aren't treated to the bi-weekly steaming 'presents' left by the front door.

Elway and Fox certainly didn't make the trade, but they are stuck with him.... for now.

Orton likely won't resign, not even sure they want to try to resign him. They are stuck with Tebow. So, ride out the remaining games, let whatever happens take place and then move on.

They can begin to start rebuilding and have Tebow somewhere on the depth chart - at this point, who cares where.

There are a lot of older players that should likely be allowed to end their careers elsewhere, so let them go - trade them, whatever.

Start fresh in 2012 ... build up the picks and USE THEM ALL ... no bundling to move up, there are too many needs. Use the draft and FA to begin fixing the team.

Shanahan's final draft class was very good - McDaniels gutted it... and left them with nothing really. So, it won't be as difficult to begin the healing process for the team.

So, keep Tebow in there - let him do whatever he can do in the final 9... they'll have their "see we can't build around him" story and they can move on.
I do think that made a HUGE impact on Tebow's time in Denver. If he'd been taken in the 3rd (or even 2nd) round, they could have let him ride the bench and see if he'd ever develop. McDaniels made the gigantic mistake, though, of taking him in the 1st round. When you do that, you declare that the guy is your QBOTF. And the Broncos are still paying for the fact that he was clearly wrong.

Exactly ... much easier to walk away from a burned R3 pick.

Tebow should just try to play FB or TE. This is the only way he's going to have a shot at being an impact player.

The best part is that you guys shipped Cutler and Marshall out of town and then brought in Tebow and some corner you have already sent packing with the picks.

Did you guys get anything good from Marshall and Cutler?

We got Ayers, Rahim Moore or Orlando Franklin (can't remember which one), and we got parts of Tebow and Demaryius.

Ayers is a stud. Moore is struggling. Franklin is a stud in the run game and poor in the pass game. Tebow has the tools just needs some time to perfect his craft. And DT would be household name if he played with Brady, Brees, Manning, Rivers, or Rodgers.

He has a place in this league.

As a fullback and situational quarterback...like wildcat or 2 point conversions...etc.

IF they want to get anything out of Tebow, they need to use him like Florida did his first year when Chris Leak was still there and they used both guys to confuse defenses.

So, you got NOTHING.

Calling Ayers a stud is just as bad as thinking Tebow was worthy of the top pick overall.

Thomas would be known as an injury prone, underachieving wannabe no matter who was his quarterback.

I hope you post here forever.

BTW...I love this new sig.

Let me translate from idiot reerun Donk homer to something that Chiefs fans can understand:

Ayers = a shittier version of Derrick Johnson if Johnson bulked up and played end

Moore = Bracey Walker

Franklin = Barry Richardson

Dumbassian Thomas = Sylvester Morris

Planeteers may rag on KnowMo, but the guy has serious posting talent. I admire him. I just don't have the imagination to come up with stuff like the above quote - few of us do. Its astounding, its shocking, its just jaw-dropping "WOW!" kinda stuff. Dude has what it takes to write political speeches for candidates. I am in awe.
