Oh, I care and am aware of most of the issues folks are having. But when we're talking about the smoothness of the launch, just like you, I can only really go by my own personal experience...

For your guild, are you on the Space Slug server. If so you should ally with the 53. That way you don't have to merge and yet you can still get groups going. If you're imperial, let me know, and I will get my guild to ally with you.

I'm on Tarro Blood. It's no big thing, at some point I'll have to start meeting new people. Then again, I may just play alts until all my friends hit 50 and wait to do the group stuff with them. Just not sure right now. The game is so soloable on one hand, but on the other, sometimes I wish I was able to do more group stuff.

How are you doing the Heroics?

He's outleveling them and then coming back to complete them on his own!!

I skip most of the heroics. The reward isn't generally worth the time required, and Taris aside (the ones there are really cool...) most of them aren't worth it from a story standpoint either.

I didn't roll Space Slug because I had a guild with my friends and we were placed on Tarro Blood...

Unfortunately as it turns out my friends all suddenly somehow have lives so I'm stuck now playing with myself.

Well, next time you feel like starting an alt, come roll it on Space Slug. Our guild is tiny (I think we have around 10 unique members total and most of us are from CP). That goes to all of you guys who rolled on different servers.

Ironically, as an individual who's about as anti-social as they come, the thing that bugs me the most is my lack of social points. It takes Social X to get the couple of things on Ilum, and I can't even get to social 2.

I group with pugs ALL the time both for Heroics and FPs and I only have like 580 Social Points. I don't know what BioWare intended... are we supposed to group for ALL quests or something?

I've been sitting at 745 of 750 for social 2 since about a week after the game went live. It's hilarious.

You're OK, man. As long as multiple people can invite, we're good. I know only you can grant the Officer rank to peeps, though (which grants the /ginvite power).

Unless he manually changed the ranks, lieutenants should be able to invite also. And all the officers should be able to promote to Lt.

Ahh, I know we can promote to Lt's, didn't know they could invite. I thought only Officers could do that. Pretty much everyone from CP is either an Officer or an Lt in TR53. The randoms we have invited are the recruits.

You can actually go in and edit each rank and what they can do. For instance, right now, I have it set so that members can invite to the guild. This is a temporary thing, but because the game is new, as guildies group with PUGS, and they like someone, they can invite them.

As for the social points, I have pretty much leveled with my wife and am almost T6 social. The advantage is that different social vendors sell stuff that you must be at least a X social level to use. Nar'Shadda for instance sells an orange bikini that my wife has her BH and Mako running around in. You only need to be Social II to use that. And Alderaan had a cool little royal outfit that I put my companion Ashara in while she still has the invisible bug.

And Keg (and anyone else) should you roll on Space Slug and are Imperial, Wookiee Crisps is available too if desired. I'm actually in the process of setting up our first trial raid in about 2 weeks. And after that we will be going into our full blown raid schedule.
