First, I hate to sing this tired old song again, but we need to abolish RBBC. We need a legitimate threat at RB to have a prayer when it gets cold and is harder to catch the ball. Maybe we already have one, but we won't find out with this insipid habit of letting a man have three carries and then benching him. I say go with the T-Rich (FB) and Moreau (HB) duo for awhile. Or maybe put KA in at HB behind T-Rich. That way we can find out if we really DO need to try to pursue the mythical Corey Dillon deal. 'Course, since the trade deadline is Oct 10 and we don't play again until after that, I guess it's too late now. Mark my words: If we keep RBBC it will come back to haunt us later in the year.

Secondly, we HAVE to get a new kicker. Stoyo is done. I hate to say it, but I was actually NERVOUS when they called him in to try the 27 yarder!! I no longer have confidence for him to make anything past 30 yards. That 54 yarder in '97 to beat Denver? Would never happen today. They wouldn't even try, they'd just heave a hail-mary into the endzone. And I'd actually agree with that call. Stoyo is washed up.

Sad but true about Styo. Does the guy even work out at all? Try a Hip sled or something Stoy it might do wonders.

How in the world could Chester basically leap over the center and tackle Kitna almost before Kitna could start to drop back??

I couldn't believe Chester wasn't offside!

I almost think a tip of the hat needs to go to the defensive coaching staff for the adjustments they made in the 2nd half last night. It would have been a different game if they hadn't made the adjustments...

Kudos to them

How about it. As soon as the ball was snapped I was saying, "Crap, offsides." At least his anticipation of the snap count pays off sometimes.

I couldn't believe they didn't flag him. I was SURE that Big Chester had just added another penalty to his trophy case.
