I remember watching Mills lead all of D1 in catches for a TE at Tulsa. He has great hands and runs good routes. He isn't the best blocker and has average speed.

Mills is a legend in Tulsa. Right up there with Bob St. Clair, Howard Twilley, Jerry Rhome, Steve Largent, Lovie Smith and Gus Frerotte.

He's similar to Frank Wycheck or Chris Cooley. The undersized H-back type that plays off the line.
