no you read the question wrong it wasn't "the fastest player to be out of the nfl"

If you mean 'fastest' as in football speed, on offense it would have to be Randy Moss. No doubt. Defense is a little different. It seems Dwight Freeney displays exceptional speed and quickness. Champ Bailey, preDenver, was/is also all over the field.

Fastest overall player in terms of football speed is Vick scrambling.
