There are all sorts of stats about the forum buried in the Admin CP. I'd love to make those available to everyone, but I haven't really found an add-on that does it well. But, I'm a stats geek, so I might bump this thread from time to time with useless tidbits that I find interesting.

I think that posting might start to go up a little, the Monday night game will probably bring a good thread to start the season and there's a little more optimism going into the year. I don't know if it'll be enough to cover 80000 posts but if they go on a run who knows what will happen. And theres also the Tebow factor.

Well it's not every year you hire a 3 time super bowl GM. I think the excitement has gone down a bit but an exciting season will make this place more interesting.

No major changes this past month. Here's the latest graph before the season really ramps up:

One thing that isn't shown on that graph that I find interesting is that our average daily users stat is so far this year is virtually identical to last year. However, we're always busier in the fall, so that means we'll probably have a higher daily user count this year than we did last year once the year ends.

Translating all that, we actually have more active users this year than last year. We just aren't posting as much.

Is there any way you can add a vbulletin theme that is dark so that instead of White and red/yellow its dark grey with black and white letters?

It'd be easier on the eyes.

The short answer is that would be an enormous pain in the ass. It's taken years of tweaking to get our current theme just right.
