Don't believe there's a dedicated thread, and since they're starting to release information now, I figure it's time for one.

I got the power crystal myself. I decided on day one that cool companion appearances aside (and they're random anyway), I'm only getting stuff for my sage. Although I'm running the dailies on all four of my characters to do it (that's more fun for me than standing around and exploding every 10-20 minutes...).

I've finally started doing regular dailies, and can now make red and blue crystals with the same stats anyway, so no big deal missing out on that. Everybody and their brother will have the black green crystal anyway, so it loses some luster I think...

I wish the forum was up, because I want to post the thing georg said about PvP yesterday. And there was another comment about cool stuff in the game that people just haven't found (like the new tauntaun). They mentioned that the magenta crystal was in game for weeks before anybody found it, and that there's more stuff like that hidden that nobody has discovered.

Makes me want to go out and explore...

I should add that I love that they have bind by legacy items in the game now (including the infected character appearances) and that there is now cross-faction mail within your own legacy.

I'm really digging the 1.2 patch. There's so much content I'm trying to do right now, I literally don't have enough time to do everything I want when I log on. AND I haven't even tried PvP since the patch. Rakghoul plague outbreak was ****ing fun as shit on Sunday (I didn't get to do any of it last night as was too busy with the guild).

Gearing out in Campaign armor is going to take a solid 2 months (if not more) for my guild so that's awesome. We are still running HMs/NMs to gear the guildies who aren't full Rakata. All in all, I'm very happy with the current state of the PvE game.

I kind of hate the fact that expertise is the be-all and end-all stat in PvP and you're a useless rube if you don't have like 400 of it. It's going to be painful going back to PvP once the PvE slows down a bit. I will be getting rolled while I slowly gather my expertise and it's going to be painful. I wish they would have just capped expertise at +/- 10%. 25% is just ****ing ridiculous.

My orokeet had to be #5 or #6 on my server.

Got my pale rakling tonight to go with the crimson. Started getting companion kits, have I think half of them (Kira x2, Theran, Corso and Vector, so I'm missing Elara Dorne, Andronikus Revel, Mako and Malavai Quinn).

Oh, I see. The way I read the guide to the Orokeet made it sound like it was all the same bird. I logged on right before work (at like 8:10am) and there was some newb Sith Jugg standing and waiting. People are crazy about those things.

The orokeet is an egg on alderaan that spawns every 4 hours, the companion kits are sold by the rakghoul event vendor on tatooine.

Is it every 4 hours on each nest or does it alternate between the nests (making it effectively spawn every 8 hours on the same nest)?

FYI, that boss is in the Outlaws Den on Tatt. That area is open world team based PVP. So, if you are grouped with them, then you can't hurt them, otherwise FFA. Imps fighting Imps fighting Pubs fighting Pubs fighting the world boss.

First by the boss, now finally we're getting him down and the imps show up.

I'm done with this crap. I don't enjoy PvP (I have literally run one warzone since launch), and it frustrates me that I'm forced to do it to complete the event. If that's the kind of garbage I wanted to do I'd be on a PvP server.

Both spawn every 4 hours.
