They're not losing to a 16. They're too mentally tough for that. If they are undefeated going in, they're not losing to a 16.

They might lose in the second round. I know they're not getting in unless they win the tournament, but can you imagine how OK State would match up Against them? Vanvleet on Smart and Nash down low? That'd be a tough matchup. Hell KSU would be a tough matchup save Spradling. I have no idea who is projected as the 8s but I could see some tough matchups there.

They went to the final 4 last year and played ****ing well. Really ****ing well, but they had some favorable matchups. Really the only team that was very scary matchup wise was OSU. (LOL @ Aaron Craft ****ing that game off). The problem I see for them is there is no Carl Hall. That ****er did so much for them it's not even funny. He's not there. Vanvleet, Baker, Cotton, and Early are better which is significant but Hall made so many plays I'm worried about them.

Ron Baker is from my town. So EVERYBODY in town is now a rabid WSU fan. He's a good kid and I'm as glad as anybody except his parents that he's doing well. But there is a massive amount of perspective lost around here. People are squallering nonstop that he's better than anybody on KU or KSUs roster and they didn't even recruit him. Or how WSU is waaaaaaay better than KU because they went farther in the tournament. It's ridiculous. I think there are going to be some fans that won't know what to do with themselves to go along with the whaling and gnashing of teeth if WSU doesn't get back to the FF.

I just really hope they don't get KU in the tournament. It'll be epic dumb no matter the outcome. If KU wins it will be a ripoff that has never been seen before. The fix will be in from the United Nations to the timekeeper. If WSU wins, the game will get blown so out of proportion that it will invalidate everything KU has achieved in the history of the program and WSU will be crowned the greatest basketball program the world has ever know.
