So, how do you guys react if the Walrus waits to pick a QB until later rounds
How many of you who think Clark hired the right guy will be spitting nails if the Walrus waits until round 2-3 to draft a QB? How many will be shouting you stupid M -F? How many will want his head on a stick?

This is my thought as well. As the months move on, QB will become increasingly scrutinized and someone will start to look real appetizing. Someone will have a pro day which will wow everyone, and/or interview at the combine and blow people's socks off. Add that to no other position out there separating themselves as the clear No 1, and I think you will see the QB's rise.

One (Petro apparently) could argue Joekel at LT I suppose, but the Chiefs would be idiots to let Albert walk and use the No 1 to try and replace him, unless Albert has some health issues we don't know about...

Unless Albert is done I hate that idea. It's not getting better it's treading water.

The only way I'd be ok with this would be if the plan was to move Albert back to G with the retirement of Lilja and trading up from the 2nd to take a QB that might fall to 20+...

The best part of Petro's segment was Teicher holding back the laughter.

Teicher said they can't bring Cassel back. Petro says "because of the fans". And Teicher says "well, there's that too."

And then Teicher says they aren't gonna pass on a QB. It's time.

The need on this team is so great that we have to get the best option out there and not count on that option to be available in later rounds. If we go say Alex Smith and mid round option, I'm done. It will be the same old Chiefs.
