Yeah, no.

He didn't lean on the running game today, and make easy throws.

Fair point but you are smart. You know that Alex even with a good OL didn't throw down the field much in SF.

Totally agree.

He made enough plays to get us 14 points.

And we won because he didn't turn the ball over.

Sounds a lot like 2010 Matt Cassel to me.

We had guys running deep routes today. Avery was open once, Jenkins a time or two as well.

Both times though, our QB coudln't hit his back foot without pressure.

Its not really his thing. Other than stating the obvious.

And the Chiefs personnel isn't really set up for that. Other than Avery, they really don't have a deep threat at all.

The oline has to come together more, then the run will come along, then there will be more openings for passes. Right now, the offense is doing just enough. But the defense, is MONSTEROUS.

The NFL is now a passing league you can't win SB's dinking and dunking all the way down the field. It is what it is.

Matt Cassel coudn't do what he did today, and the fact that you think he could have shows your football knowledge.

The majority of your talent, is on the defense. SHOCKING.

When Charles starts getting 6 yards a carry and AS starts throwing 15 times per game, you'll be right.

Yeah, not looking impressive but somehow managing his way to wins for 3 years consistently is a really bad place to be.

I hate winning, I'd rather lose impressively.
