Every power ranking I've seen today has KC at #5. Seems fair. If we win this week I think you could make an argument for #4 above the Saints and a win over the Texans in 3 weeks would take us to #3. Won't go higher unless we win all these games and then Denver after the bye.
Gotta win them all at this point. |

So was Romeo Crennel that awful as a head coach, or is Andy Reid the chubby Gandalf?

Keep showing the fear.
I think it is legitimately starting to bother Bronco fans at how well the Chiefs are doing. I like it.

What do you think the point spread would be against either team on a neutral field?

1. Seahawks: No team is beating them at home. I'd pick them to beat the Saints, Patriots, Chiefs and Broncos on the road, where they're 5-1 in their past six games.
2. Saints: Incredible offense and the defense is coming on strong. They beat any of the other teams today at home, other than Seattle. They'd beat the Patriots, Broncos and Chiefs on the road in tight games. 3. Patriots: I think the Saints and Seahawks are too talented on both sides of the ball and beat them in N.E. I don't think they win at Arrowhead, Seattle, Denver or N.O. 4. Broncos: They'd beat the Chiefs and Patriots at Mile High but would have their hands full with the Seahawks and Saints. The Saints can match them offensively and their defenses are close. The Seahawks defense and Pete Carroll probably find a way to limit Manning. They have way too much talent on their D. 5. It's hard for me to imagine the Chiefs beating any of the top four teams on the road, but New England would be the most likely win. Their offense can't compete with Denver, Seattle or New Orleans on the road at this point and they'd likely struggle at Arrowhead against Denver and New Orleans. I think they beat Seattle and New England at Arrowhead by the slimmest of margins. |
