Yeah, because there's no difference between 9 and 30. Virtually the same number.

The arcticle says at least 9 but likely more who quit on Mangino. You going to avoid the fact both had new starters across the board? I guess some people will invent ways to defend his 0-14 conf record and abysmal recruiting.

Maybe we will be good when he finally gets his own QB in there.

Here's how bad the delusions have become. Some jackhammer suggests we'd be better off with Al Bohl coming back to take over the Athletic Department. Seriously? The idea ... I feel like I've been crushed like a dove.

Kansas University@the_KU_Files

Al Bohl hired Mangino and ran off BoyRoy. What more would you want. Srsly. #kufball

He embarrassed his players calling them a "pile of garbage", went winless in his first 14 league games, turned recruiting into a juco deadend with no future, and got a bunch of transfers who suck.

The only thing he really accomplished was finding a fool he could sucker into giving him 12.5m clams guaranteed.

I think Charlie Weis is a horrible coach. I personally don't know him but I've read numerous times that he is a pretty unpleasant person. That makes it all the more amazing that in 2005 he was only two or three plays away from playing for a national championship.

If you're unhappy, here's what you do.

1. Start a website
2. Raise 7.5 million dollars for a buyout.
3. Hire a consulting firm to assemble a list of likely candidates to replace the coach you want fired.
4. Be prepared to spend more on recruitment, as you're going to lose a 10-20% to transfer, as well as half the in-coming recruiting class.
5. Better bump that 7.5 mill to 8.5 or 9. Some of those assistant coaches have guaranteed contracts as well.
6. Oh yeah... be ready to it all over again in two years. You'll have another five-year guaranteed contract to buy out.

If you were to put the Chiefs offense & the Jayhawks offense on the field against some middle of the road defense, who would score first?
