American Royal BBQ Contest

I'm off to the Royal. Anyone that comes down, look me up. I'll be cooking with Bullfeathers/Flying Warthawgs. If you haven't been to one of these, you are missing out. One hell of a party.

I entered the KCBS-sanctioned Hermann, MO cook-off last weekend, and it was a blast. Like a giant tailgate party that lasts two days. Don't even know what my scores were, as I left before the winners were announced at 5:00 p.m. Saturday.

The company I work for usually sponsors the BBQ contest. We're called Premium Standard Farms. I know they supply a load of Pork for this.

No, we only cook with them at the Royal. Hopefully we can make it out to an event in Colorado or New Mexico.
