3-0 a good start.
i was there today and what a come back!!!! and i am very glad to see that pena has the team bunting,stealing and all the things that make baseball baseball, and not just go out and play and see what happens. I am very exicited about this young team and also glad that there first 4 sets are against teams with under .500 records last year what a boost that is.

Less then 10,000.

I think it was a scheduling mistake to have 3 day games to start the season. People aren't going to be willing to take off of work until they're sold the team is worth watching (i.e. who thought we'd be 3-0 now...)

I'd say attendance should spike significantly this weekend, though. Less than 30K would be disappointing for tonight's buck night, IIRC it's Mike Sweeney bobble-head day tomorrow and then on Sunday they're running a promotion where every kid under 14 gets a free hotdog and soda (or something like that).

40-50's aren't too bad during the day time, but that's pretty chilly for night time baseball.
