Just got released. Chiefs are first in line on the waiver wire. They need to jump on this kid.

That's what Detroit thought.

The rest of the NFL needs to take heed. If the Lions are cutting a talented player, buyer beware!

I know that sounds good guys, but we have a few glaring holes on defense we need to fill.

His skill set is pretty much exactly what we need. Deep speed to stretch the defense and fluid in and out of his breaks.

Put Bowe and Jennngs on the outside and Young in the slot with Moeaki at tight end with Charles coming out f the backfield.

Geno would rape fools.

It's a shame that he is such a dumbass.

At this point, Jennings is kinda meh to me. This is a great wr class, we can get one in the later rounds.

But Young comes basically at 10 cents on the dollar.

He's the kind of player you can add to a team that is already winning but has needs at WR. If he pouts again, that kind of attitude will NOT be tolerated, and his ass will be gone with no harm done.

With a team that still has no leader at QB (even when we draft Geno, he's only going to be a rookie) and hasn't won shit for a long time, any of his bullshit tricks that he tries could have a negative effect.

Couple that with Andy Reid, the guy who almost never tells his players to shut the **** up, and we could have a serious problem.

Jennings isn't gonna be extremely expensive IMO and is exactly the type of safety net guy that helps a young quarterback immensely. He and Bowe would be two guys that can help generate offense and Young could be the "Mike Wallace" type that chops the head off the defense. Matchup Baldwin on a 4th corner and let Geno spread the defense and pick em apart.

IF we retain Bowe, I'm anxious to see if the guys we have improve. I'd like to bring in Young, wish we had drafted him, but he seems like a tool that won't change.

Maybe there's a head coach that could get Young to fall in line, but I don't think Reid is that coach. And I can't imagine that the new regime will want to have the turmoil he could cause in their first year.

If you had a veteran QB who could keep him in line, maybe. Even then I'd probably say no. But with a rookie, no way on earth. If your personnel department is any good, you can pick up WR's just as good in the middle rounds.
