Agreed, plus I envision Saunders being the type of head coach to promote someone from the current staff and keep the call playing duties himself.

I'd rather pull Weis away from ND for the head coaching position than taking Jaws as the OC when Saunders becomes the head coach.

I see, however, many OCs when they become HCs do not have Offensive Coordinators. I think you are right about Jaworski's attributes, but I don't know if he knows anythig about coaching.

After DV retires, I'd like to see Al Saunders take over at HC, have him retain Gunter as DC and bring in Jaws as OC.
