I think he is simultaneously really good and overrated.

If I'm the Browns, I for sure look at Hill, Peters, Kelce, Kareem Hunt, Pat Mahomes, and the special teams guys and get really excited.

I also look at Dee Ford, Chris Conley, Philip Gaines, Steven Nelson, Keivarre Russell, and... Peters again... and get nervous.

Also, he better figure out how to re-sign players before they break the bank.

If Dorsey continues to take players that have high ceilings but low floors because of development time.....then the Browns will remain a shitty team. If he learns from his time here and starts drafting players that can make an impact from day 1.....then he may just last.

Unless he is a victim of hubris and doesn't correct his flaws. Even then, Dorsey + a strong head coach can absolutely turn that franchise around, and just in time for the AFC North to be a dumpster fire.
Do you see the condition Dorsey left this team in? It's not a pretty sight.

****ing this

I liked Dorsey but he tried to fit too many square pegs into round holes. Dee Ford and Tanoh Kpassagnon were not 3-4 OLB's in college. Forcing players to fit your scheme instead of adapting to their strengths is not good team building.

I also did not like drafting talented broke dicks like Phillip Gaines and Dee Ford bc yes they are talented but they are now both ruined bc they are....broke dicks.

Just draft players that are known, not ****ing head scratchers or body beautiful/height/weight/speed prospects.

It would be REALLY fun to watch the Dorsey-led Browns surpass King Andy and his foundering Chiefs, if that happened.

REALLY fun.

I would argue we're having problems with the effort and focus of the entire team right now. Specifically Kelce has obvious maturity issues. Chris Jones fell in the draft due to questions about laziness. I know there's more, but I'd have to look it up.

Dorsey seems like a good guy. KC looks like it is imploding since he left. It will be fun to watch if he can build the Browns up or not.

If Dorsey is hired in Cleveland, he'll have $100 million dollars to spend and 6 draft choices in the first 3 round alone.

A monkey should be able to turn that franchise around quickly but then again, we're talking Browns football.

We went 5-0 after he left. You could say that the further we get from his tenure, the worse the team is.
