What's for dinner? Here's mine...

A black bean and chorizo soup with focaccia to dip. Lots of great ingredients in the soup and a fresh-baked focaccia to slice and dip. The chorizo is soy and really spicy.

What you got?

If you're wary of trying lamb, you could start with ground lamb, and try some lamburgers.

I'm about to fire up the grill to cook the flank steak, but I can't tell you how tempted I am just to throw it in the iron skillet.

But those lamb chops looked great.
We don't eat breakfast usually and we usually eat one significant meal a day and one with just meat and green vegs of some kind...
Like today, about 3/4 of a burger and a handful of fries and a beer...

Lambchops with some cucumber and onions and a spoonful of chow chow on the side..

That will be all we eat today unless we grab a bowl of popcorn later

I prefer to go to bed close to hungry because I sleep better

I did that for lunch. No, that's an Inmem creation (or at least his post, maybe not his creation). I posted pics earlier in the thread, along with a review.

Ah hah! So someone does eat lamb. That's what I make for me Greek Easter Dinner. Only I make baby rack of lamb with rosemary. It is delicious. I like lamb chops too. I love baby rack of lamb most and lamb is a nice change from beef, if one still wants red meat instead of chicken, pork or fish.

I have done that got that right off the lipton onion soup box. Did remind me of White castle minus the holes.

WTF is with the holes anyway. Enlighten me you St Loie Frenchies.
