One of the last network TV shows I watch. Silly, but has a great cast with great chemisty, and that will take a serious hit. Plus she's still hot as hell.

Cote de Pablo offered 'lot of money' to stay on 'NCIS'

Cote de Pablo’s upcoming NCIS exit has fueled plenty of online outrage. But CBS Corp. CEO Les Moonves says the network tried to convince the actress to remain on the show.

“I really want to clarify,” Moonves told critics at the Television Critics Association press tour in Beverly Hills on Monday. “We offered Cote de Pablo a lot of money, and then we offered her even more money because

She’s a wonderful lady. Look, NCIS, was the highest rated show on television last year. We don’t like losing anybody. But we did everything humanly possible. We feel like we exhausted every opportunity, and she just decided she didn’t want to do the show.”

Pablo has played agent Ziva David since the third season of the long-running hit series. She will appear in the upcoming 11th season premiere on Sept. 24 to finish off her character.

Show is terrible. Gibbs is the worst character too, but not as bad as the other NCIS with the old little troll with turners syndrome

I've never really watched the show, but the few times I've caught a piece of it, I've always thought to myself how incredibly hot Cote de Pablo is. I mean...damn.

it's not too hard to figure out that at some point a storyline is going to lead to something about her and we are going to know the basic outcome because she's leaving.

hell ... half the time those little photograph flashes are enough to spoil shit

Laz, it's been on multiple news sites for weeks now. I heard about it a month ago. Moonves offered her more $ and then even more $ but she wants to leave.

That makes the most sense. I assume the producers will hope she changes her mind so they can bring her back at a later time.
