A federal judge ruled Monday that Kansas cannot require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote, finding such laws violate the constitutional right to vote in a ruling with national implications.

In an extraordinary rebuke, U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson also ordered Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach to complete an additional six hours of legal education on top of other requirements before he can renew his law license for the upcoming year. She imposed the sanction for his numerous disclosure violations.

She ordered Kobach, who is seeking the Republican nomination for Kansas governor, to take more hours of continuing legal education after she found him in contempt of court during the trial and chided him for legal missteps.
Another day; another show trial. This one with an order to a re-education camp.

Lefties are gonna lefty and destroy the law.

This federal judge is the one who needs to be ordered to a re-education camp.

There isn't even a right to vote in the Constitution. States are in charge of laws on requirements except where there is a federal role which is limited to certain things.

Even some on the left acknowledge this:

The Missing Right: A Constitutional Right to Vote

https://democracyjournal.org/magazin...right-to-vote/

Notice one of the contributing authors is none other than the son of G. Soros.
He and his co-author considers state laws that require registration prior to voting a form of disenfranchisement too.
