Is it time for a Chiefsplanet archives preservation effort?

In light of recent events of the past few months, losing both Wendy Meets A Draftabulator and Fisty McTatt, two of the most storied pieces of CP history to hosting issues, it got me thinking. Are there any other invaluable pieces of our history that need preserving so we can avoid this in our future?

I would hate to see any more lore lost that could have been prevented.

It builds anticipation. It's a marketing thing.

Search is the most processor-intensive function we have, so running a bunch of searches in a row bogs down the entire forum.

I'm starting to think that I should have opened that thread.

If I log on and I see a thread at 100 posts already, I usually figure that I'm out of the loop and will never catch up, so I don't open it. I've missed a few iconic threads for that reason.

Damn, for some reason I cannot remember this one.
I'm going to have to go back for a refresher.

Searching on "Wendy" and not finding anything special in the Hall of Classics or Archives.
Can someone bump this thread?

Na, the thread is fine.

https://chiefsplanet.com/bb/showthread.php?t=228031

It's the video IN said thread that is missing.
