Chiefs Agree to Terms with T Barry Richardson
Chiefs Agree to Terms with T Barry Richardson
Jun 25, 2008, 11:40:39 AM brich Kansas City Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Wednesday that the club has agreed to terms of a three-year contract with T Barry Richardson. As per Chiefs policy, no other terms of the agreement were made available. Richardson is third Chiefs draft choice to agree to contract terms, joining fourth-round selection WR Will Franklin (105th overall) and fifth-round selection CB Brandon Carr (140th overall). Richardson (6-6, 319) joined the Chiefs as the club’s first of two sixth-round picks (170th overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft. He played in 49 games (45 starts) during his four-year career at Clemson. Richardson started every game over his final three seasons for the Tigers, earning first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors in 2006 and 2007. As a senior, he anchored an offensive line that led the ACC in scoring at 33.1 points per game and finished second in the ACC with 403.2 yards of total offense per contest. The Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina native was a three-year starter on the offensive line at Wando High School. http://kcchiefs.com/news/2008/06/25/...ry_richardson/ |

I hope he's the RTOTF, the guy can demolish people off the line.
He was a highly rated tackle while at Clemson, hopefully he can make the transition to the NFL. I'd rather see him at RT than McIntosh. IMO McIntosh scares the shit out of me playing at RT.

Hicks comes 'full circle'
http://www.goerie.com/apps/pbcs.dll/...94/-1/SPORTS04 Eric Hicks has come to grips with the reality that his 10-year NFL career likely is over. The Erie native still hopes he can hook up with some team when NFL camps open next month, but if that doesn't happen, Hicks, 32, a defensive end, won't be broken up about it. "I had 10 great years," said Hicks, who played football at Mercyhurst Prep and the University of Maryland before spending nine seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs and last season with the New York Jets. |
