I didn't think much of X in his year at KU. Yes he had his moments and the talent was obvious... just didn't often feel comfortable when he was on the court that things would go well.

Oh yeah, you have to take into account the long ass kissing ceremony for Coach K (assuming the win) after the game....so 9pm is probably pretty close.

I hope to God KU whoops their ass tonight......prob won't happen. But man that would be just absolutely ****ing sweet. Calipari is a ****ing slimy filthy rotten son of a bitch and I would love to see his career just ****ing implode with another major NCAA infraction.

But with this KU team I will say this.....they may not be very deep....but some of these new players play scrapy, and they play with a chip on their shoulder because there are a lot of KU doubters out there this season. Me personally I think they may struggle to get to 23 wins. Too bad that TRob is leaving after this season, b/c KU would have a great chance being a final4 team next season.

Xavier was an exceptional defensive player and great 3 point shooter (41.8%). His offensive rating was a very good 113.8 (to give some perspective, Tyshawn's career ORating is about 105).

He also played nearly 30 minutes a game on a team that might have had the most depth in KU history. Self trusted him for a reason.

Sounds about right. I've been to that CBE classic a few times in recent years, it takes about 20-30 minutes I think.

Not doubting any of that. Simply saying "I" never got the feeling we could trust him. He "seemed" like pure talent with little discipline. I know his numbers speak for themselves. Sometime you just have a feeling about a player and it doesn't necessarily make sense. I do wish he'd have come back and continued to grow.
