ANyone else still want to TANK the season for a better draft pick?

Say the words, and join my ignore list:

"we should tank this season for a better draft pick"

*************************
Let this thread stand as a testimony to traitors
and cowards who, at a time of peril , chose to
abandon the fight and wish upon our great, and
holy Chiefs, to lose games and give up the fight.

By shunning them and making their words vanish
from the computer screen, we say unto them:

WE WILL WIN

We have not given up the will to fight. We are not
sackless, gutless weasels who run crying home to
mama to suck on her stretched out floppy teet
when times get rough.

We shun you, and your words are now gone from
our lives, never to waste our time or energy again.
We acknowledge that your only purpose is to troll,
and cause disharmony, and therefore the best way
to deal with you is to banish you from the pages of
history.

For the benefit of a real QB prospect I would gladly go 1-15. You think the Colts are upset with their crap season last year? No way in hell.

I hate to want to loose. What I want is for Matt to play like ass and get yanked during the game and end this crap. So next year we will be on the hunt for new QB.

Exactly. Last year Indy got Luck because they finished with the first pick. I highly doubt they care anymore about last year's record because in the end it worked out. They would not have gotten him had they picked like #15. Washington sold the farm to move within the Top 10 to get RGIII and that is something we will not do. It is starting to look like Geno Smith is going to be this year's Luck/RGIII with most likely Wilson and Barkley following close behind. There are enough teams out there that need a QB still to just hope one falls into our lap if we pick in the mid to late teens or early 20's. Since it does not seem like this GM will trade picks to move up we can't hope to trade up for a good one. We need one to be there when we draft and the only way to get that is to draft high meaning we lose and lose a bunch this year. I hate seeing this team lose, but I will gladly bite the bullet one year to get our franchise QB and have many more years of success under him.

I'm a firm believer that Clark wants a young franchise QB. He said it when he first took over. And nothing sells more tickets, and brings in more dough than a top prospect at QB. I think we're going to take one this year, I really do. I think we may move up to do it as well.

when did he ever say that? I've never seen much out of Clark that would make me think he cares at all, but if it increases bottom line then he might show interest.
