Good point. Let's assume the first one can be pre-lit, and others will require lighting.

Uhhh...I hate to go Cap'n Obvious but there's no way bevis can throw a Molotov Cocktail when he's handcuffed. He's dead meat.

That would seem to be a problem, wouldn't it? Tough break on the special factors.

If he had more prep time, he could possibly think about doing a two-hand overhead throw, but with only 5 seconds of situational assessment I'm not sure he'll have time.

Still can't be a fun 9-foot run for braincase, though, hoping he doesn't get engulfed in a gasoline fire.

I would keep my distance and let bevis throw wildly, then move in for the kill while he vainly tries to light the next cocktail.

Good point. Molotov cocktails have a short shelf life once you light them.

Even so, I'm not sure I'd run backwards. With almost no time to prepare, I think braincase's best option is to immediately charge before bevischief figures out the best throwing motion.

Braincase slices up a terrified bevischief, who also sets himself on fire.
