Football doesn't handle retributions like baseball or hockey. Kind of weird.

That was soooo Tatumesque.

The only thing that really irritated me about that play was the personal foul called on Miami for that baby push in the meaningless scrum after the play. That was complete BS.

If a Chiefs player gets a chance to destroy Rapeburger in the 1st quarter i hope they break his knee in half. It's not like anyone is going to give a crap with a steeler takes a cheap shot on Alex,Kelce or Hill early on.

and mark my words, the steelers will take a cheap shot early on ... probably against Hill

Of course our team won't stand up for their teammate ... they will just cry as he is carted off and beg for a meaningless personal foul penalty. The steelers will be more than willing to give up 15 yards/1st down in exchange for eliminating one of our playmakers.

Refs, league or announcers won't give a shit about it either. I don't imagine they will even take the time to show a replay of it.

LOL. By "all of those stupid calls of "roughing the passer" " do you mean the one and only roughing call where the defender swiped down at the ball and hit Wilson on top of the head? Because they call a blow to the head roughing 9 times out of ten. It's not a rule I like when it's obvious it isn't intentional but they pretty consistently call it (unless it's to Cam Newton).

agreed

They need to make these penalties less worthwhile. A hard blow to the QB is usually worth it. They tend to get happy feet after a few hard hits.

Yet another example of the nfl getting this whole thing backwards. They'd rather have good players pulled from games for concussion protocol, but give slap players on the wrist who put them into the protocol.
