No one knows for sure, but have you looked at California and its drivers license, voter registration and sanctuary state status and it would be quite easy...

The left opposes any voter id law saying its racist, even though most other countries have something similar. Why?

Trump hamstrung this commission before it was even formed by making outlandish claims about illegal voting. It's a shame as it would have been nice to seem them study the issue more thoroughly.

There's groups outside of govt doing that. I mean can we really trust the state(s) to do it honestly?

I doubt it.

Why are you asking when you seem to know,by implying, the answer?

Just to clarify, when someone says "illegal votes" it's not limited to illegal aliens but it could be dead people still on the voter rolls not removed whereby others use their names to vote or voting more than once or other schemes. Hence they're all illegal votes.

Remember the Project Veritas video, where Dem operatives were boasting about such antics by busing voters around to more than one voting location? Yeah, things like that.

Trump's comments made it harder for the commission to operate because it made it harder to get cooperation from the states where the data is.

Or some states used it as an excuse to not cooperate. I really don't think they wouldn't have cooperated even if he didn't say things like that. Or certain states. I'd like to find out who and what they said. It sounds more like they have something to hide as they behave like Hillary Clinton. Otherwise, why not cooperate?

True the Vote has a voter fraud report line.

They claim it is because it suppresses voters. I'm all for very strict voter ID laws, of course.

But, if I'm getting the numbers correct, for Trump to be correct, voter turnout among illegals would have to have been higher than citizens.

You actually think that is even remotely possible and happened?

I don't know the answer. But, I hope that no Trumper actually thinks that 3.5 million illegals voted.

I'm guessing Salon and Vanity Fair spin this story into meaningless Trump madness. But there has been some straightforward evaluation of this problem.

https://www.investors.com/politics/e...-vote-in-2016/

But there is evidence to back Trump's claims. A 2014 study in the online Electoral Studies Journal shows that in the 2008 and 2010 elections, illegal immigrant votes were in fact quite high.

"We find that some noncitizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and congressional elections," wrote Jesse T. Richman, Gulshan A. Chattha, both of Old Dominion University, and David C. Earnest of George Mason University.

More specifically, they write, "Noncitizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress."

Specifically, the authors say that illegals may have cast as many as 2.8 million votes in 2008 and 2010. That's a lot of votes. And when you consider the population of illegal inhabitants has only grown since then, it's not unreasonable to suppose that their vote has, too.

Critics note that a Harvard team in 2015 had responded to the study, calling it "biased." But that report included this gem: "Further, the likely percent of noncitizen voters in recent U.S. elections is 0."

There was massive fraud in 2008 and 2012, but it just wasn't enough to sway the results. That usually happens when an election is very close.

Another good reason for having the Electoral College. Those things happen more in the big-city political machines. Like in Chicago when the election was stolen from Nixon by JFL whose daddy worked things to help his boy win. Only, Nixon was more of a statesman, and didn't think it was good for the country to contest it but he could have.

My last count was 11.8 million, much higher than the 3.9 million you speak of.

The final count on the popular vote 2.8 million—most of it from California. Connect the dots with their voting system and who makes up their demographics. I know you can.

More have moved out of Cali, but more illegals move in all the time changing the demographics. They even have a worsening homeless problem.
