Salu to the Chiefs Planet MVP for 2009......Rain Man

All hail the new Chiefs Planet MVP for 2009 ....Gonzo

Rainman recieved 42 votes
Gonzo recieved 33 votes
fax recieved 16 votes

The final poll thread:
http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=220758

The Academy would like to thank all those who particpated in this august undertaking.

The Academy will try again (in a week or two) to develop a "post" of the year process with more fun and less complications. I don't know how in the hell we are going to be able to distract ourselfs over this long off season. The Academy is open to suggestions other than go screw yourself.

You see, I want my Chiefsplanet MVP to have earned it. At least Rain Man makes those funny limericks and addresses everybody as Mr/Mrs/Ms.

Soon he will make contact with the secret powers behind chiefsplanet, and he will beg our forgiveness. And we will be benevolent with him. Once he uses his own nominal power - the power we give him - to crush the rebellion and crown the real king.

Now, many people think that money and power are one and the same [clasping hands together]. But they're not. They're two independent forces [making jazz hands].

And when money and power collide [bumping fists], power wins [covering left hand with right hand].

Gonzo has learned this lesson the hard way. Money will buy votes, but power wins in the end [making three stooges wavey hand to distract gonzo, and then poking him in the eyes]. And I hold the power.

When you put my power in your right hand and waggle it about, I'll soon be making jizz on your hand.

What an unfortunate accident with the thread opener. My colleagues and I were dining in full public view of dozens of witnesses at our favorite Italian restaurant, the Olive Garden, when we heard news of the event.

Obviously an attempt to frame my colleague. That happens far too often to people in our position. It makes my right hand tremble in anger just to think about it. Now, sit down and have a canoli and let's talk about this vote count.
