Cool work if you can Get It

My pal Bill is a guy I did TV and radio work with back at Mizzou in the stone age. He now works for Fox Sports, but is on loan right now to NBC. He's in China helping with the Olympic Coverage. He works in one of the TV trucks and sent this picture from his "office" this morning. Cool!

I am wondering how the "on loan from Fox to NBC" works?

Cool office, even though he is stuck in China.

He wasn't specific. I know he's on a TV truck in China somewhere.

They drive around a circle and people throw fake snow on the race track while those in the trucks televise their own event.
