I just don't want to have to buy that super warranty from best buy. I feel that I shouldn't have to fear the rrod.

I am scared that the xbone is going to have the RROD problem again, and didn't like that they were having to slow it down to keep it from running too hot. Yet, all I have played on the 360 are games like Fable, kingdoms of amalur, Cod, Halo, stuff like that.

In my opinion, sony has the better exclusives and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Personally, I feel that xbox may be rushing to market because sony forced their hand to get it out sooner than they were ready. Hence the clocking changes they are doing. Also, for me, I had to go through 3 xbox 360s in less than 4 years while I only owned one PS3 for 5 years. Lastly, all that bull shit that microsoft was trying to push for "console enhancements" that nobody wanted.

Oh, and I don't want or need Kinect so why would I pay the extra $100 for that?

Need For Speed Rivals may look ‘a little’ better on one next-gen console than the other

Need For Speed Rivals will feature better graphics on one next-gen console than the other, Ghost Games’ executive producer Marcus Nilsson has suggested – but refused to clarify which.

“What we’re seeing with the consoles are actually that they are a little bit more powerful than we thought for a really long time – especially one of them, but I’m not going to tell you which one," Nilsson told VideoGamer.com at Gamescom earlier today.

“And that makes me really happy. But in reality, I think we’re going to have both those consoles pretty much on parity – maybe one sticking up a little bit. And I think that one will look as good as the PC.”

Nilsson chose not to answer when asked whether he was referring to the PS4 version.

Pushing him on the subject further, I asked: “Does that mean that the PS4 version of Rivals will look better than the Xbox One version?”

“I think that both consoles will look pretty much on parity,” he replied, “but one of them might stick up a little bit.”

Though the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One share similar specifications, PS4 features faster GDDR5 memory over Xbox One’s DDR3.

Nilsson’s comments suggest that third-party developers may be looking to take advantage of the additional power of PS4, rather than deliver identical versions across both platforms.

Need For Speed Rivals will be available at the launch of both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this November.

It could make it to PC eventually.

Bungie has discussed the possibility of a PC version of Destiny, plus the potential for transferring saves between platforms. In the wake of Destiny’s PlayStation 4 and Xbox One announcements, we asked Bungie if a PC version could still be in the cards moving forward.

“We haven’t said yes, and we haven’t said no,” Bungie senior writer and head of community Eric Osborne told IGN. “The more platforms we take on, the more work it ultimately becomes, and what we don’t want is to compromise the core experience on any platforms. We have a lot of people who play on PCs. We have a lot of appetite to build that experience. We haven’t announced it yet, but we’re looking forward to talking more about that kind of stuff in the future.”

Just realized I am losing all my game saves with the new PS3. ugh. I thought I had them backed up but must have erased them at some point earlier this year.
