ISU fans might be the biggest crybaby bunch in the Big 12. Did you hear them go crazy when Hubert about had his knees blown out from the horsecollar penalty in the first half?

**** them. I used to respect and cheer for them, but that is gone now.

Went to the game yesterday. That crowd was extremely loud and into it the entire game. Best B12 game day atmosphere I have been around in a long time. Congrats, ISU fans, you kicked some serious ass yesterday.

The game.........well, it was about what I thought it would be. Close, hard fought battle. Rhodes is a helluva good Coach, but we have the Master on our side. We looked dominate at times, but could not stop stepping on our own dicks with penalties, and some bizarre play calling at times. AB looked really off yesterday. He whiffed a several tackles and appeared to be way off his game. Was really wondering if he was dinged up.

Thompson's fumble was a serious WTF moment in that game that could have cost us dearly. Thank God Barnett is a mediocre talent, and Zimmerman came up with a big INT. The biggest head scratcher to me was the play calling in the red zone on our last score (FG in the 4th qtr). Just went ultra conservative, when 7 would have truly been a knock out punch. The D giving up 2-3 huge 3rd and 10's was due to some poor scheming up front. We dropped the backers into coverage, rushed the front 4 and left the middle wide open for Barnett to run. We made an adjustment to that in the 2nd half and thankfully closed that down.

Not a great performance by the Cats, but I give ISU and their Fans plenty of credit for making this game closer than it should have been. That's a good front 7 and a good coaching staff. They lack offensively, and lack in their secondary, IMO. We should have exposed their secondary more than we did.

Ball control and execution in the redzone is the key next week. Looking forward to going to that game as well.
