I say we pick him up depening on how long it takes his back to heal. He's gotta come really cheap.

If two teams gave up on him in the last month I would tend to think there isn't much there....

I don't know what a lot of you don't get but, if he's not good enough to make several teams, just because he's a former first rounder doesn't mean he still possesses, or ever possessed that talent. Just like Gardner, waste of a roster space.

I would only be for it if they wacked some expensive dead weight like Hicks or Sims to make a roster spot. If you can trade expensive dead weight for league min dead weight then it is probably not a bad move. I realize whacking Hicks or Sims you still have to pay them out for the full year since they were on the opening day roster but I would feel better in principle if I didn't have to see their waste on the sidelines as they collect big checks to do nothing.

Are we only carrying 8 DL right now? I can only think of Allen, Hali, Hicks, Wilkerson, Reed, Edwards, Dalton, Siavii. Am I missing someone?

Probably true. However between him just arriving on the team, getting an injury and N.O. needing roster space for a fullback after losing their starter and their backup it may be an correct assumption that he didn't get a fair shake.

I'd still like to give him a shot.
