Mecca you know for a fact that you would trade Denver's drafts the past two years straight up for what the Chiefs did.

The Broncos are a worse less talented team today than they were the day McDaniels took over, that's all that needs to be said.

I loved Shanahan but did you see the defenses he trotted out there for his last 2 1/2 years in Denver? Did you see how quickly McDaniels turned that defense around? And the reports coming out of camp is that the defense should be even better this year. |

Well I'm sure you enjoyed your first 6 weeks of the season when your defense was the 85 Bears. But then reality came back, and proved that your defense was nothing. And don't even credit any of the defensive success to McDaniels, when you damn well know Mike Nolan was fully responsible for giving you guys a solid base 3-4 for a few weeks. Well then he ran out of tricks, and you guys were once again the Donks that finished the season 2-8.

Why start rookies if they aren't the best players at their position. Throwing rookies out there who aren't ready ruins careers, see Dorsey, Glenn... Jackson, Tyson... and probably Berry, Eric.

And, I'm all for you being a flag waving fan, but c'mon... none of those guys above has done anything yet. You're setting yourself up for unrealistic expectations this season and you're not going to enjoy the games as much. I'm learned over time to temper my enthusiasm a bit... no matter what things look like.
