As for Patrick, he's a comedic Sports personality. He always has been even when he was with ESPN. Sorry if I'm not going to think the world is coming to an end because he's poking fun at KU while they are down.

I've been more than rational in discussing with you things KU, but your hate shines through more than anything and shows you have nothing more than an agenda to keep.

I think much of the A&M community was screaming for the administration there to hire either Charlie Strong or Kirby Smart, much like the KU community was clamoring for Fedora or Leach. But A&M is a good job and can certainly get a pick of the litter if they so choose.

Again - this is the national reputation of your program right now. Dan Patrick doesn't give a wet fart about MU/KU but he specifically noted that many assistants might choose to stay at their current level and wait another year rather than take the KU job. VanPelt said something similar, but he was talking about mid-level head coaches (like Dykes).

Go ahead and say its just sour grapes if you'd like, but I'd suggest you listen to the national outlets a little more before believing it. Kansas has developed a national reputation for coaching suicides.

That makes no sense, Mangino developed a rep as a good coach at KU.

If you can't see that the guy was a solid coach then I won't even bother talking to you. Just because Mangino turned out to be a douche doesn't mean he didn't accomplish a lot of good things at KU. I would also think that his extreme weight would be an issue for a lot of programs.

The way KU eviscerated their program by searching for a coach behind his back and undermining him during the season probably does more to keep people away than does the state of the program as a bottom feeder.

I'm hearing that Kansas contacted June Jones but it doesn't appear likely that he will come to KU.

Also, Gus Malzahn will most likely not take the KU job.

KU is in the top 3 of Fedora's list and that the situation is still fluid. Sounds like if he doesn't get the job he wants (aTm), he will consider UNC and then Kansas. Sources say as of 9am this morning, Fedora was still considering Kansas.

Twitter reports seem to all be coming from a former UNC player. All the retweets are from said player. Not saying its not true. Just that legit news sources are not confirming as of yet.
