The Corona Lights would like to welcome Mark Barron.
While sad to see a franchise QB the caliber of Matthew Stafford leave, the addition of last year's #12 pick, as well as next year's first round pick, was too much to pass up for a team with Cam Newton and Kirk Cousins biding their time.

So without further ado, The Lights are pleased to announce the promotion of Cam Newton to starting QB!

The Los Angles Knights have signed;

CB Cortez Allen who is slated to be the Steelers starter in 2013 after a solid 2012. For the time being he is penciled in as the Knights #2 corner.

Kaluka Maiava is signed as an outside LB in our 4-3. He has versatility to play multiple positions having been a solid contributor at OLB in 2012 for the Browns and slated to start at MLB for the Raiders in 2013. He fills a bid need in a weak class of LB.

Darius Reynaud will return kicks and punts for the Knights.

No cuts were necessary as the Knights had purged a great deal of deadwood from their roster.

Rancho Cucamonga has signed WR Jeremy Kerley and DT Peria Jerry, and is cutting WR Braylon Edwards and DE Chris Kelsay. (Okay, we just signed Kelsay a couple of days ago - sorry, Chris. False alarm.)

I just signed Earl Mitchell with a 15 point bid. He's a Tier 4 so the payouts are 0, 9, 19.
I got him signed for 2 years @ 9 points so do I automatically lose 6 points?

Not such a big deal to you Dan Snyder's of the league but this is how Scott Peeholy taught me to be cheap.

You pay what you bid, and the contract is the largest year that your bid exceeded.
