My votes:

#1 - Terminator 2. I'm bummed that I can't find the full scene in English, but this one is worthy of the championship. It's that good.

#2 - Apollo 13. I love how they show the electricity flowing through the system before the explosion.

#3 - Silence of the Lambs. Good scene, but not Top 20 material.

#4 - Tombstone. I'm not crazy about westerns, though this is a top-notch scene.
