Don't worry about lag compensation they are fixing it in the next patch.

Honestly, I've barely been playing this game.

Too much dumb shit going on. Lag compensation, camping like crazy, damn near every map sucks ass....

I much preferred MW2 and Black Ops.

I never tried that, but got mine to go to open NAT by putting my PS3's IP in the router's DMZ. It still doesn't show that I have an open NAT in the PS3 network test, but all the COD games show it as open.

They are doing hot fixes all the time but the lag compensation patch will be out before Christmas.

ever since the last patch, it's gotten worse for me and dropping my MTU to 1400 doesn't seem to have as much notable difference. It was horrible last night so I just stopped playing. It's hard for me to put this game down for good, but I'm on the verge of it.

I don't run into camping a whole lot unless it is dom.. Generally if they are a camper they have blindeye and ass.. quickdraw just owns them if you are using the striker or the pp90.. use specialist on that and have your first perk be ghost, they will never see you coming..

If I am using that playstyle striker for all city maps, and pp90 setup for more open areas where I need more range/accuracy...

I have also notice a severe drop in uav use..

I also noticed the huge drop in UAV usage. Really sucks. I live off of UAV's because my playing style is super close fighting. That's why i love my pp90M1 with rapid fire. I almost never lose close up battles unless my aim is shit. (also, i finally unlocked the gold paint for it last night, pretty badass.)


And i finally discovered a game mode on this game that's actually decent. Free for All. You don't have to worry about as many dumbass killstreaks, you don't have teammates doing stupid shit, and campers are far less because campers will never win.

1st game i came in down 15 kills and i only lost by 3-4 in the end. The i won the next 4-5 in a blowout fashion, once i was the only guy over 20 kills. That was pretty cool. I was on fire, it's like i knew where they were at all times.

I figure most of my games i went around 30-13 to 30-17.

I'll be playing more of that instead of that shitty ass ground war that my friends wanted to play. I finally backed out of that after i kept getting hammered by those Javelin slinging assholes, the huge amounts of ground war campers, and the shitheads with the sniper rifles that don't even come close to hitting me yet they get a kill.


EDIT: Slumlord, i saw the invite by i was in a 6 man team with my local buddies again. lately that's about the only time i get on and play.

Love me some FFA. I normally like to own a quarter of the map and kill anyone who comes into my zone. On each map I have a general area I patrol and after patrolling that area for a while I start to learn all of the spawn points on that side of the map, so when I kill somebody I will normally kill them 5 seconds after they respawn (payback spawn system FTW)

If you run around the entire map in FFA you are just begging to get spawned behind and taken out and there is nothing you can do about it. I avoid certain spots on the map like the plague and normally run around just outside of a high traffic area.

I go to the red dots on my map. And i walk instead of run as much as i can, always popping around corners aiming because i know the maps are small and there's at LEAST a 50% chance there's someone in the little alley you're about to run into.
