The Diamondbacks placed outfielder Eric Byrnes and catcher Chris Snyder on the 15-day disabled list. Byrnes is out with a strained left hamstring, Snyder with a left testicular fracture. For Byrnes, the move comes eight days after he came off the DL, where he spent a month with injuries to both hamstrings. Snyder left Monday night's game after being hit in the groin area by a foul tip and underwent an MRI on Tuesday.

How does one fracture a testicle? Bruised, sure; smashed, I can see that, but fracture? It makes it seem like his nuts are petrified.

John Buck better get an MRI after the shot his boys took last night. That was painful to watch... in sloooowwwwwwww motion.

did you see the player who fouled a pitch off of his face. Ended up breaking his nose. OUCH

i've had my nose broken 3 times. i'd let it be broken 3 more times before i'd let one of my taters take a fracture.
