Funny moment today..
I about laughed my ass off when Mike Bell lowered his shoulder to a flat out oncomng Greg Wesley... I mean if there is ONE THING Wesley can do it is bring the hat. Wesley actually popped his ass pretty good. Wesley had his blind squirrel special today... he found 2 nuts.

Like I said earlier, Wesley played his best game in a long time today.
He wasn't consistently out of position, and his interception, that hit, and a couple of good plays were the result. I have bee as critical of Wesley as anyone in the last three years, but maybe we are starting to see some results of competent coaching, as opposed to what we saw under Guinta.

I wonder if some of Wesley's improved play has to do with Pollard/Page threatening to play him out of a starting spot?

When Page was in, was Wesley still playing FS, or did he move to SS with Page at FS?
Page is a FS IMO anyway, and I wondered if maybe Wesley's success came from moving back to SS.

It's been a long time since I saw two Chiefs defenders covering the guy the pass was thrown to. I saw it several times yesterday. I'm going to give Herm a chance.

Hey, theres been a lot of unjustified heat put on Wesley. He is the one always chasing down the guy that got away from the other defenders (thus appearing he's the one giving up the big play) and he always leads the team in picks. I've always liked Wesley since the day we drafted him. Now Bartee, thats a question mark I'll never understand.

Another funny moment: Gonzo pushing Darrent Williams out of the way like he was a third grader on that tipped pass.

It will be the Broncos players having the most trouble getting out of bed today you can bet on that. I loved that run where Johnson lowered a shoulder and ran over lynch and just kept going.

Mike Bell sucks in pass protection. Two weeks in a row now I've seen a LB knock him onto his ass on a blitz. Mitchell blew his ass up yesterday.
It should be fun watching his poor protection put pressure on Plummer all year.

Our Oline knocked them off the ball early.
Giving up 9 to Dungver at Incestco was a moral W. Plummer survived to play next week. Just wish the first drive was TD
