on the grill.
two parts apple cider vinegar one part oil. put in med. sauce pan add salt & pepper bring to boil baste, baste, baste, baste, baste, baste chicken. and BBQ for second sauce. Always heat your BBQ sauce up before painting. **** what everyone else says. This is the first, and the last. This will cook evenly and it will be very tender and juicy.

It's a tenderizer and moisturizer. The yogurt and curry is a poor man's tandoori, the yogurt and Greek seasoning is how my buddy's Greek mom makes it.

I made tandoori chicken yesterday. We have a Sri Krishna gas station not too far from where we live and they have about four aisles of indian food ingrediants. If you live in Topeka, it is on the corner of 21st and Wanamaker. |

Put some thin lemon slices inbetween the skin n flesh.
I like butter over Olive oil for this one, although either will work kosher salt (relatively heavy) Cracked black pepper Bake a on a higher temp and top shelf it for crispy skin. |
