Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

Digestion of protein also makes your body process more water. At the very high amounts of protein you consume I would say it would effect your hydration much more than a little bit of caffeine.

I've been taking a shitload of caffeine. Close to 1000mg/day. I'm sure that combined with the activity and protein contributes significantly.

Wow. Maybe I'm a giant vagina but I can't handle anywhere near that much caffeine in the summer. It kills my ass. Can you cut it down?

That is almost as much caffeine as me! I try to get about two gallons of fluids a day. No issues here.

It's purely a result of my drinking so much coffee on this diet. As soon as I'm done, the caffeine goes to zero. I don't like coffee.

I'm just not used to it, I think. I don't drink caffeine, like . . . ever. I'm going to up the water intake for a while, even after the caffeine is done and hopefully with slightly lower protein intake, my levels will normal off.

I had to cut back. I was taking OxyProElite, I love the affects, closest thing I could find to Hydroxycut that had effedra in it. Took a cycle break about two months ago, took my first pill last weekend. Shook for a half hour. My wife thought my heart was gonna explode.

Better stock up. The FDA just took $8Mill worth from USP Labs. They have said DMAA doesn't appear naturally in nature so they forced them to have a new version of OEP that isn't near as good. The only thing was while USP quick making the Original Oxy they kept selling stock which pissed off the FDA and boom raid on an USP Labs warehouse and a GNC warehouse.

DEXA scan confirmed the BodPod at 8.5%.

What's amazing is the distribution. My torso is 6%, but because I carry more fat in my arms and legs, it throws it up to 8.5%. Just another reason you can't go by pictures to determine body fat, I guess!
