I so want to win the sixth prize.

Also, did anyone else feel like Cody and DiBiase Jr. were really, really close to making out?

I was looking at those photos earlier of the Big Show. Exhibit A for all the "snobs" who say pro wrestling is fake. Between Show's head and Orton's shoulder the carnage level of ONS was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. JBL totally botched his eating of the ketchup pack before his loss to Cena.

Orton's been the best thing on Raw in 2008. Losing him hurts.

Apparently they're switching ECW from SD to Raw, meaning ECW is soon going to be taped on Mondays. I have no idea what that will mean, other than the possibility of more Raw talent crossover...

They really need an injection of 'new' on Raw, but they spent so much time and effort on HHH, Cena and Orton the last two years, they've established absolutely nobody else. Kennedy seems to be getting over (jesus he sucks), and Jeff Hardy is obviously over, but neither one is main event at this point, although Hardy is much, much closer. Who else can they possibly elevate?

That's pretty awesome. ECW needs something to freshen things up a bit, and outside of giving Elijah thirty minutes every week, a Raw relationship could be pretty neat.

Miz-n-Morrison vs. Londrick, a TAG TITLE UNIFICATION angle? (haha, no), DH Smith, Burchill, Murdoch... could be fun to see these guys on Tuesdays, if it doesn't just become "Snitsky's playground" or some shit.

Raw was already pretty much recycled stuff, but now that Randy's hurt, Raw is in very deep doodoo. The draft is probably going to help a bit, and I guess they can probably coast to Vengeance Night of Champions with a HHH-Cena program.

The Jericho-HBK saga is amazing, and it will hopefully keep building a while. I'd think maybe bring Batista over, turning him, and setting him up to face HHH in a title program could be a decent idea (from a business standpoint, at least), but he seems like the top choice for Edge's transitional period before there's a really big angle for him to work with.

The only thing about the draft is, there really aren't very many main event-caliber heels available with Orton being out and Edge being so entrenched on Smackdown. Turning Batista, HHH, or Cena is one of the options, but outside of that, it's either trotting out JBL's busted ass or pulling the trigger on MVP or Morrison.

I'd love a completely heel Jericho, fresh off of ****ing over HBK, challenging Cena or HHH for the title, but uh... not gonna happen, and even if it does, he'll just get squashed and buried in record time.

Maybe they'll trot out Kozlov for a traditional summertime face-vs-monster match at GAB?

Morrison looked great in his match with Batista a few weeks back, but they didn't build any momentum from that. Personally, I'd move him and Punk both over to Raw and do their feud again, but on Monday night. They work well together, and could start to establish each other on the A show. I don't think they're going anywhere with Punk, however; I still see him dropping the briefcase, wasting the title show on the ECW belt, or outright losing his match if/when he cashes it in. He's not beating HHH, and he's not beat Big Show/Kane. A Punk/Edge feud could be interesting, but I think they need to use Edge now the way they used him two years ago with Cena, to establish a new star. And that's not Punk.

Maybe have Morrison work with Kennedy, although he's entrenched with the Incest right now.

They could have something in Lance Cade, eventually, but I don't think what they've been doing with him and Mudoch is going to lead anywhere, for either of them.

They've been trying super-hard with Kofi, but he's not ready for Raw.

It might be time to start taking tag teams seriously, or bring back a lightweight or cruiserweight belt. Something, anything.

I can't even tell what Jericho is right now. One week he's teasing heel, the next he's total babyface, and now he's losing his mind.

I'm not as hopeless about Punk's future as you are. He's obviously in the de-push phase, but so is MVP. They don't really know exactly what they're doing with them yet, but you can count on them at least giving them both a shot at the big time.

A Punk-Morrison feud on Raw would be amazing, but at this point I'd almost rather them do it on Smackdown so it would actually get a little bit of time.

Seriously. Isn't it AWESOME? You can totally tell he's been given creative control over this stuff.

He does need the money, Brother.

I'd love it if Vince used this leverage to make him job to Cena. Oh, how I'd love it.

Punk hasn't done much but lose since mania. Rumor (...) is that he's in the doghouse (again). He doesn't have the "traditional" look or physique, which is already a mark against him; if he's rubbing people backstage the wrong way (no, I don't mean Maria *cough*) he's got no chance.

I think there's a problem with direction in the company in general, the way you were talking about MVP and Punk. There's a ton of guys that they just don't seem to know what they want to do with.

I don't think the 'draft' is going to help, but it can't hurt, either.

I'm trying to figure out what they're doing with 'taker. I've never really liked him (I guess I'm the only one) so it wouldn't bother me if he's gone for a while, but that would just be another huge blow to the roster.

That was the best ECW show in a long time, minus the first ten minutes of the main event (boooring). Four-way to start was good, Matt Sydal debuts, and Teddy fucking Long!

Punk and Kane weren't generating much heat until the near-falls at the end. Cool to tease the GTS, although I didn't think there was any way he was going to get him up for that (where's the anaconda vice?). I guess this week they're pushing him again.

Hopefully Big Show goes over Kane at Night of Champions, he'd be a better (more interesting) champion.

Somehow, I think Orton is going to make a big return at Summerslam.
