Yes.

The only difference is that you can get a one shot kill with the Scar if you hit them in the head, it still takes 2 to the body. On the Tar its 2 to the head or 2 to the body.

The absolute best thing about hardcore is that it makes the Magnum and deagle one shot weapons (unless they are on that deathstreak). It is awesome to Magnum snipe someone.

ACR is the most accurate automatic weapon in the game. It shreds in HC; it shreds in non-HC w/ Stopping Power

That is the only weapon I have fully unlocked. HAD fully unlocked. I prestieged recently. I don't know why.

People used to say I had no skill for using the M4 only in COD4, thats how I feel about using that gun in MW2. No recoil and it has a high fire rate.

Finally got my first nuke last night.

I was playing TDM at Afgan with an RPD and red dot sight, got 7 kills without reloading, launched the best harrier of all time, once it finally went away it was on to the the chopper gunner and the rape was on. Score was 5500 to 2300 when I called it in.

I'm still on cloud nine.

It has recoil if you use a thermal. Odd... does not seem to have it with an ACOG.

I actually like the M4 a lot in MW2. The sliders for it are misleading; it packs quite a punch and is very accurate.
