Are the Seahawks about to blow everything up?

This has been pretty fascinating for the last week. We all saw the reports of Richard Sherman on the trade block last Spring. Earl Thomas openly asked the Cowboys coach Jason Garrett to get him when the Seahawks kick him to the curb.
Reports have been saying they might get rid of Jimmy Graham as well.

Now this...

Looks like a Seahawks are going to do a full on rebuild.

Their ILBs are enticing though as some have said.
There are far bigger "SJW" than Sherman in the NFL

He'd be loved here as long as he played well

No, dude. I'm saying the Seahawks had Ware and cut him. Not that I think the Chiefs are going to cut him.

They are gonna trade Russel Wilson for Alex Smith straight up but we have to throw in Tamba and DAT too.

Oh wait this isn't last year, we have a new savior. It's Mahomes week.

It's always hard to believe that Carroll is the oldest coach currently in the NFL.

Earl Thomas (29 year old in 2018) carries a 10.4 million cap hit to the team he traded to next season, then would have to be resigned to keep him on the team for the 2019 season. Nobody is going to give Seattle significant draft picks w/o a sign and trade offer.

Richard Sherman (30 year old in 2018) carries a $13.2 million hit with the same scenario as Thomas being a F/A in 2019.

Jimmy Graham (31 year old in 2018) will be a F/A regardless after this season. At best he'll get a 2-3 year deal, but nowhere near the deal the Saints gave him 4 years ago.

If I could choose just one of their higher salary players (slightly aging) who likely won't be available, it would be Bobby Wagner. He'll be 28 next season with two years remaining on his contract ($10 million and $10.5 million).

Russell Wilson is pissed that Seattle is sniffing around Josh Allen.

Quote:
According to Jim Trotter of NFL Media, agent Mark Rodgers or someone else representing Wilson called the Seahawks to ask “if there is anything we need to know” about the team’s scouting of Allen.

Trotter said it means nothing for this season.

But Wilson has two years left on a four-year deal worth up to $87.5 million deal he signed before the 2015 season, and the sides are expected to begin discussing an extension after this season. Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times speculated that the Seahawks’ interest in Allen and the reaction to it by Wilson’s camp could mean both are casting an eye toward future contract talks, which could become contentious.

The Seahawks were sniffing around Patrick Mahomes last year too.

Are they really this stupid? Why would you trade the best QB in the NFL?
