What is correct amount of time to bake chocolate chip cookies?
I like mine 12 minutes at 375 degrees.

Any more and they risk burning.

10 minutes, too soft for my taste.

I like my chocolate chip cookie to have a bit of crunch. Not too much. Just enough to remind you that you're an adult, with more refined tastes than most.

I'm not much of a baker, just eyeball them

What I dont like is being too loaded with choco chips, 4-5 per cookie is plenty otherwise they're too damn rich

I like mine on the verge of under done. Regardless, there is no tried and true time - humidity, oven differences, ambient temperature, temperature of the dough all play a part in the time.

I like mine completely soft/chewy. If there's any crisp to them I throw them out. Crispy chocolate chip cookies aren't fit for a dog.
