Alex Smith dumps it off in the short zones, and utilizes the intermediate routes over the middle with the TEs.

I am talking about pinpoint accuracy where the ball not only gets to the right receiver in a catchable position, but is so pinpoint accurate that it also gives the receiver an opportunity for YAC. With Green, I never saw back shoulder throws, didn't see a whole ton of passes thrown in an incredibly tight window, and too often I saw passes where the receiver had to stop momentum to get to it.

Green's strength was that he was unbelievably cerebral, not pinpoint accuracy. He wasn't inaccurate, in that he at least got the ball in a catchable position. But that's different from an accurate QB like Brees or Rodgers that are throwing unbelievably pinpoint passes, often in the one small spot that's open. Again, I don't think Alex Smith is nearly as cerebral as people think he is.

I was thinking a couple in the division, and two to three in the remaining schedule. Most likely beat Jacksonville, and Browns or Bills or Both. Where do you see 4 - 5 more wins at?

Lets be honest, Dallas is up and down and always loses games they shouldn't. Philly sucks, Jags suck, Raiders suck, Chargers suck, Bills suck, Browns suck, Titans are no better than us. They should have a shot to win all those games.

I also don't think teams like Washington or Indy are stupendous yet. This team has a shot to have a nice year.

A very nice year? With Alex Smith we will have a couple of nice years. Nice years doesn't do anything for me.
